If within the framework of this data privacy statement contents, tools or other means by other providers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “third-party providers”) are used and their are specified place of business is located in a third country, it is to be assumed that any data transfer takes place to the countries in which the third-party providers are located. Third countries are such countries in which the GDPR is not a directly applicable law, i.e. essentially countries outside of the EU or the European Economic Area. All and any access to our website and any retrieval of files stored on this website will be logged. The storage is for system-related and statistical purposes. This always requires that the third-party providers detect the users’ IP address, as without the IP address they cannot send the contents to their browsers. The IP address is thus required for displaying the content. We endeavour to use only such content the respective providers of which use the IP address solely for distributing the content. Third-party providers can furthermore use so-called Pixel-Tags (invisible graphics, also known as “Web Beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. With the “Pixel-Tags”, information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website can be analysed. The pseudonymous information can furthermore be stored in cookies on the user’s device and contain technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, time of access as well as further details about the use of our online offer, as well as be merged with such information from other sources.
