The protection of your personal data is of special concern to us. We thus process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal requirements (GDPR, TKG (Telecommunications Act) 2003). In this data-information we inform you of the most important aspects of data processing as part of our website.

Safety measures

We take organisational, contractual and state-of-the-art technical safety measures in order to ensure that the regulations of the data privacy laws are complied with and thus the data processed by us is protected against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, deletion or access by unauthorised persons. The safety measures include in particular encrypted transmission of data between your browser and our server.

Transfer of personal data to third parties and third-party providers

Any transfer of data to third parties takes place only within the framework of the statutory provisions. We only transfer users’ data to third parties if this is necessary on the basis of Art. 6 sent. 1 lit. a GDPR for contractual purposes or on the basis of justified interests as pursuant to Art. 6 sent. 1 lit. f. GDPR in the commercial and effective operation of our business.

If we make use of subcontractors in order to provide our services, we take suitable legal precautions as well as relevant technical and organisational measures in order to ensure the protection of the personal data in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.

If within the framework of this data privacy statement contents, tools or other means by other providers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “third-party providers”) are used and their are specified place of business is located in a third country, it is to be assumed that any data transfer takes place to the countries in which the third-party providers are located. Third countries are such countries in which the GDPR is not a directly applicable law, i.e. essentially countries outside of the EU or the European Economic Area. The transfer of data to third countries takes place either if and when an appropriate data protection level, consent by the user or other legal permission is on hand.

If and when you contact us by email or contact form, we will store the data you provide in order to process the enquiry and for any follow-up questions for six months. We do not pass these data on to third parties without your consent.

Recording of server logs

All and any access to our website and any retrieval of files stored on this website will be logged. The storage is for system-related and statistical purposes. The following will be logged: Information about the requested content, data and time of access, data quantity transmitted, the Internet Protocol address (“IP address”) and technical information about the user’s end device. The technical information (operating system, browser software, browser version and screen resolution) do not allow the identification of any specific visitor or any specific person. The recording of the details will be deleted after the statistical analysis.

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files which are stored on your end device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies in order to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies will remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit. Integration of third-party services and contents

As part of our online offer we, on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and commercial operation of our online offer for the purpose of Art. 6 sent. 1 lit. f GDPR), use content or service offers by third-party providers, in order to integrate their contents and services, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contents”).

This always requires that the third-party providers detect the users’ IP address, as without the IP address they cannot send the contents to their browsers. The IP address is thus required for displaying the content. We endeavour to use only such content the respective providers of which use the IP address solely for distributing the content. Third-party providers can furthermore use so-called Pixel-Tags (invisible graphics, also known as “Web Beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. With the “Pixel-Tags”, information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website can be analysed. The pseudonymous information can furthermore be stored in cookies on the user’s device and contain technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, time of access as well as further details about the use of our online offer, as well as be merged with such information from other sources.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web-analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies which are stored on your computer, to help with the analysis of how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie concerning your use of this website (including your IP address) will be passed on to a Google server in the USA and saved there. Google will use this information to analyse your usage of the website, for compiling reports about the website activities for the website operators, and for providing further services in connection with website usage and Internet usage. Google will also transfer this data to third parties if necessary, provided that this is legally mandated or insofar as third parties have been commissioned by Google to process this data. Change to the data privacy statement

We reserve the right to change the data privacy statement, in order to adapt it to changes in the law or in case of changes to a service as well as the data processing This, however, applies only with regard to statements for the data processing. If the users’ consent is required or parts of the data privacy statement contain provisions concerning the contractual relationship with the users, the changes will be made only with the users’ consent.
