Travel cancellation insurance
You may cancel free of charge up to 45 days before arrival. As we require a certain level of planning security, we ask for your understanding that short-notice cancellations are not possible. In case something unexpected comes up, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
By purchasing travel insurance (Hotelstorno Plus or Hotelstorno Premium), cancellations due to Covid-19 are also covered in addition to the standard reasons for cancellation, as well as search and rescue costs in the event of mountain accidents. With the Storno Premium travel insurance, transport costs to hospital, initial medical treatment, and repatriation are also covered.

If you have any questions about the different insurance options, please feel free to contact us.

Please note:
Cancellations must always be made in writing and confirmed by us.
We strongly recommend booking travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking, or no later than 7 days after the booking date.
