Since even the very best guesthouse cannot be preserved eternally, it has now fallen to the 3rd generation to renovate the building. And since a renovation after many years of conservation is not a project to be completed quickly, we had enough time during the 14 months of building to let our visions for a special holiday residence mature and also for the most part implement it ourselves.
PS: the sinks with hot and cold water in the rooms of the Franziska are being replaced with showers and WCs. The friendships and flings that came about waiting for a vacant WC you will now have to look for somewhere else, maybe while enjoying a drink in the Franziska Rooftop!

Unsere „Pflanziska“ wächst mit uns. Begrünte Fassaden, lebende Pflanzen und viel echtes Grün im und ums Haus schaffen ein natürliches Raumklima und bringen die Natur ins Haus.

Bewusst reinigen.
Wir verzichten auf aggressive Chemie und setzen auf eine umweltfreundliche Reinigung mit Mikrotrockendampf – zum Schutz von Umwelt, Mitarbeitenden und Gästen. Die Halbleinen-Bettwäsche waschen wir selbst mit bewusst ausgewählten Waschmitteln.

Unabhängig & umweltschonend.
Die Franziska wird mit Erdwärme beheizt. Sechs Tiefenbohrungen versorgen das Haus effizient und ressourcenschonend mit Wärme. Künftig soll eine Photovoltaikanlage die eigene Energieversorgung ergänzen

Wir verzichten bewusst auf Einweg-Amenities. Alle Zimmer sind mit hochwertiger Naturkosmetik von Team Dr. Joseph ausgestattet. Nachfüllbare Produkte ersetzen bei uns kleine Einwegverpackungen – unkompliziert und sinnvoll.

Der Urlaub beginnt schon unterwegs – am besten mit Blick aus dem Zugfenster auf Salzburgs Berglandschaft. Wer mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist, erhält bei Vorlage eines gültigen Tickets 10 % Rabatt auf den Zimmerpreis.
